Let me be real with you...I left Corporate America with no plan, built an international coaching business and podcast that generated over $500,000, and still burned myself out worse than before.

  • living with a brain that felt like 47 tabs were open at all times.

 

Ironic, right?

 

I ended up spending over $90,000 healing a stress induced gut infection, and that is when everything changed.

 

I did not just take time off or book a vacation...

 

I completely rebuilt how I work, plan my days, and manage my energy.

 

Now I do not wake up in reaction mode.

 

I know exactly what matters each day and I actually follow through.

 

I can log off and be present in my life without that constant pull back into work.

 

Do I still have moments of stress or overthinking? Of course.
